All purchased items can be canceled within 24 hours after ordering the product
After the 24 hours any special orders cannot be refunded or exchanged. However, in case of factory defect or product damages, exchange or refund will be honored after manufacturer approval.

Quality control checked twice before and after delivering to consumer.
After consumer inspects and verifies no damages, there after any exchange or refund will not be possible.
Manufacturer defects
If in case there is a manufacturer defects please send pictures, invoice number and contact our customer service center immediately within 15 days of receiving. Our representative will then send this information to D&D for inspection. If approved we will either exchange or refund the purchase.
D&D uses the state of the art scientific system that is designed to prevent and detect even the smallest defects. D&D ensures any defects will be rejected and destroyed.
In addition, all products undergo multiple inspections during, after production, before packaging, before delivery, and finally, after delivery to the consumer.
